Tonsley Cellars - Reserva de mesa

I had been to the Tonsley a couple of times years ago and wasn't impressed but decided to give it another try largely based on more recent reviews and the menu and wasn't disappointed. A nice, spacious dining area, polite staff and meals were served fairly quick especially considering how busy they were. Best of all our meals were fantastic. My son ordered the scotch fillet steak and commented that it was the best steak he'd ever had. It looked so tender and juicy and was cooked perfectly medium-rare. I had the pork cutlet which was lovely and tender with the Guiness sticky glaze a perfect accompaniment. Will be happy to return again in the near future.

I visited the Chrysler Bar last night and enjoyed an excellent 80's band—they were fantastic! I have a real fondness for 80's music. The Tonsley is a great hotel, always kept clean with consistently good food. The dining area and gaming room are nice as well. It would have been one of the top 10 pubs back in its prime, and I personally really like it. It's unfortunate that they're tearing it down for the new tunnel.

The Tonsley Hotel pleasantly surprised us. It’s a lovely place to stay, conveniently located near the main street, yet our room was very quiet. The décor was beautiful and the bathroom was large and modern, featuring a powerful shower. Everything was very clean as well. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, which had a good menu.

Something small set apart Tonsley Hotel Cellars, and made it feel more personal and homely. They printed out colouring in sheets for our group of 6 kids and found some pencils. I was appreciative and noticed the effort. Reserva una mesa ahora

After attending a funeral, we decided to stop by. The finger food and drinks were excellent. Service: 4/5, Location: 4/5. Hotel highlights: It's a quiet place.
