For a family restaurant on Friday night, we decide to book a table. We reserve, we receive a confirmation message and we go. We fall on a server visibly very happy to work no hello to a smile. We give him the name for the reservation, he doesn't find it and return to his occupations leaving us in the middle of the lobby. Another of his most kind colleagues from all of us explains that in fact there are 2 different booking sites and that we reserved on the wrong, so in the end we apparently didn't book anything... he puts us a table as well as bad, he asks his colleague who welcomed us to explain the concept of the restaurant. came to us to discover this specialized meat establishment and we were not disappointed. Perfect cooking and very pleasant reception. room staff come to you to check that the cooking is right for us. Very nice. A single reflection: on the front is noted cooking with wood fire but under the staircase in front of the crate was about ten large bags of charcoal, but where is the wood? more the charcoal is a scourge for the planet and the countries that produce it. The worst example is madagascar.

1:30 before being served. forgotten a dish and on another dish of the fries drowned in the oil instead of green beans, served 1 hour after as z the advance. A fake, boiled, rather than grilled net. Anyway, we saved ourselves before dessert fearing the worst. The first three times in this restaurant had been great but this 4th was a nightmare... in the room. No grudge. My apologies for being unpleasant with the manager who was always up in the room.

After a cordial welcome by the manager, a careful listening to the cashier-receptionist, a carefree service, tasteful meats cooked to wish including a delicious snack, everything was gathered to keep a wonderful souvenir of this great evening and encourage all potential customers to discover this establishment and taste the meats it offers. The meat is good, the concept nice but waiting very long ...45minutes to have a dish and if the desire to take a drink takes you and good courage ... I will not return there.
