2 months ago, I called to reserve space for my daughter's birthday party. When my boyfriend arrived with the cake on Saturday, they said they never confirmed with me so they cancelled the party. While I checked my messages and didn't have one, let's assume that part was on me (for purposes of argument). But the place was completely empty and when my BF asked if they could accommodate us anyway, given that they had no business there, they said no. When he asked if he could order several pizzas to go, they said they'd need at least an hour. So, they lost the business of 20 kids plus their parents that afternoon and lost my business permanently. The two gentlemen working there were very nice. I went in and bought a slice of pizza but had to wait 15 minutes because they needed to make it fresh since there wasn’t any pizzas ready at all. The atmosphere was a little outdated but it was still nice. Parking: Plenty of parking in the lot infront of the pizza shop. Wheelchair accessibility: There’s enough room enter comfortably in a wheelchair and enough room to move around in a wheel chair.
I can't comment on the food since all I experienced was the service. I went in for a burger and fries, only to be informed that they only accept online orders and not in-person ones. There was nothing cooking, so I have no idea where the online orders were going. The employee I interacted with was rude and walked away. It was a terrible experience, and I will never spend my money there again.
The young man, Raymond, who runs the place appears to lack any real experience. The pizza was overwhelmed with Parmesan cheese, and as someone who grew up in Brooklyn, the home of outstanding pizza, I can confidently say that Scotto's is quite a disappointment. I also think Raymond should consider improving his attitude.

Whenever I'm in the mood for pizza or anything from this place, they consistently cook everything perfectly and on time. I absolutely love the food, and I enjoy watching the TV show they have. Everything is just so delicious! The service is exceptional too. Thank you!
Wonder full place to visit and hang with delicious food , nice ambientes and friendly staff i am definitely going back here again this is very busy store but never disappointed with their work
