Top Chef - Reserva de mesa

Ordered via Just Eat. Over an hour to arrive. Ordered Duck with pancakes, cold and 5 pancakes, sauce clearly came straight from a fridge. Chicken and cashew had no sauce, chicken was inedible as tough and because the egg fried rice was not delivered, ordered again and then 20 minutes later got plain rice which was cold and smelt off. Called the restaurant direct and was told ‘if you didn’t like it don’t order with us again’ Apparently waiting for a refund. May be environmental health should be informed about their delivery process?

I gave this restaurant a 5-star rating for cleanliness, however, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. It seemed like the chips were reheated and not fresh. The curry tasted like it came straight from the fridge, with too much sauce to mask any flavor. The chicken was tough and looked old. This experience has made me wary of ordering from this place again, especially considering the price. Food should be freshly cooked, not reheated. I don't usually complain, but I won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered from Highcliff and the delivery was fast, but the food was very low quality. The ribs and chicken were dry with no sauces, the prawn toast was overcooked and crispy seaweed was just average. The crispy shredded beef was chewy and not crispy at all. When I called to complain, the attitude was poor and they didn't seem to care about the lack of quality in the food. I will definitely not be ordering from them again. Delivery service was fine.

I recently ordered takeaway from this restaurant for dinner. The price per person was between £10-£20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5. Some recommended dishes are the Sweet and Sour Chicken and Chicken Satay on Skewers. For appetizers, the blue 串 and Crispy Aromatic Duck are must-tries. Reserva una mesa ahora

This Chinese restaurant serves the worst food I have had in years. The food was lukewarm and dried out, as if it had been cooked and left out before delivery. The service was for take-out and the meal type was dinner. The price per person is around £10-20. Overall, I would rate the food as a 1 out of 5.

I moved to Highcliffe 3 weeks ago and have had a selection of dishes each week. Absolutely brilliant food and service with only limited staff. Very highly recommended Reserva una mesa ahora
