Great restaurant. Really good food and great service. It's a nice, fun place to be! Vegetarian options: There are options on the menu that fit and compliment a vegetarian lifestyle and diet. The food at Top Hat is usually quite good and we generally enjoy dining there. However, our most recent visit was quite bizarre due to the brunette server who was assisting us. She seemed to be overly flirtatious and constantly touching my husband and the other men at our table, which made everyone feel uncomfortable. It was awkward and disrespectful, and we wish she had been more aware of her actions and kept her hands to herself. It was especially odd that she only touched the men and not the females. Overall, her behavior was unnecessary and strange.

Nice spot, but the food is not good… and we order 4 different plates. On the menu everything sounds great. But then, we had to wait so long for something that was so disappointing, with strange taste or no taste at all. For example, the salmon was overcooked and dry. The lettuce wraps was a joke … we received exactly 5 small leaves of a blend lettuce (not half iceberg lettuce as it should be) so it was impossible to wrap the ginger pork …

My husband ordered Coors Light and the waiter gave him Bud Light. She wasn’t taking notes of our orders. Fries and tots were soggy, and had no flavor. The hamburger was black and dry. This restaurant is the perfect spot for a tasty meal, whether you choose to dine indoors or outdoors. The attentive waitstaff provided great service, and the food was exceptional.

Popped in for a bite after being treated rudely across the road at the Ramen bar, Top hat, top service. Good sized meals and flavorful too.
