Donuts were fine, drink was fine. It’s nothing stellar. In terms of the donut, it’s a bit dry. It tasted like an old fashion with pink frosting on it, I was expecting more of a cake-like pastry. 3/5. However, they do have a WIDE variety of options and they are relatively cheap. Top three local drip coffee place for me. PCC and El Ladro other two. Delicious donuts. My second favorite local donut is their Chocalate glazed old fashioned. Apple fritter is second favorite here, although everything I've had has been Delicious. A unique drink here is the Ovaltine latte. It's very good, I like it iced. They also offer ice cream, although I've never had it. If you're a coffee drinker get the drink stamp card. I can't believe they still do it the old fashioned way.

I arrived closer to closing time and decided to try a vanilla latte along with a plain chocolate cake donut. The donut was enjoyable! However, the latte was a bit too sweet for my taste. I prefer my lattes to be mildly sweet, and this one was quite overpowering. On the positive side, the service was excellent—quick and attentive. I would definitely come back to sample something different!

Wow, I took a friend here for coffee and it is shocking what we experienced. First of all a small/tall coffee is 6 ounces instead of 8 ounces. Secondly, the cost for a small drip black and small Latte was $6.50 (roughly). Thirdly, the staff used his finger to wipe away spillage of coffee from lid. I used to love going to Top Pot on 5th Ave when I lived in Seattle. Came to this location as I am staying at a hotel nearby and this was not an enjoyable experience. Rude service, slow when there is no one else in the store, more concerned about chatting with each other. Guess I'll be going to Starbucks while I'm here.

I've never had any problems with takeout and donuts here. The employees are friendly, and the place is clean. However, when I want to sit down and enjoy a coffee and donut, I really miss having a proper plate and a glass mug. I don't think that's asking too much for $10.

Solid donut spot. Nothing here is really unique, except the fact that they are super consistent and most everything is done well. I’m not a huge cake donut fan but love the ones here (I just eat the parts that are touched by frosting . Frosting is amazing though.

Service needs improvement. The young lady taking the orders today doesn't have the skills needed to deal with the public.
