This is usually our go-to pizza place as I like the option for multi-grain thin crust. We called toppers on thursday night at about 1140pm. Unsure of the closing time, we placed an order for delivery and were told it would be about 40 minutes. At about 1215pm we called and the girl at the call centre informed us that she was very sorry but the Georgetown location closed at 11pm. We were shocked that someone would actually do that, and we wished that we had gotten his name as after my boyfriend hung up from ordering he had stated "wow that guy hates his life". I was hesitant to try Toppers for the first time because of the mixed reviews. I placed my order on Saturday around 5:10pm and received the pizza through Uber Eats by 5:40pm. All the ingredients were fresh and there were many options for seasoning and flavoring sauces, garlic crust, and more. I customized my medium pizza directly from the Uber app and chose the spicy tomato sauce, which added the perfect amount of kick. The bacon topping was real bacon, not fake bacon bits. I would give this restaurant a solid four stars. The quality for the price is reasonable. I ordered three medium pizzas with a total of eight toppings for $40.00 including tip and delivery. I would recommend this pizza if you are on a budget. I would suggest not getting extra sauce as it is very sweet compared to other chains. I gave it four stars because there are better options in the area such as Pizza Nova, Joes Pizza, and Pizzaolo. Nonetheless, it is better than Pizza Pizza and Dominos. Overall, it is good pizza.
This restaurant is pricey but the food is delicious. Although it's not close to my location, I would consider making the trip again for their tasty dishes. I have only visited once and found the staff member at the counter to be indifferent towards me. He wasn't rude, just not very helpful or welcoming. However, the pizza I ordered was very satisfying and I ended up finishing it over two days. The picture shows the delicious cheeseburger pizza I tried. I would rate this restaurant a 4 out of 5.
A bit pricey for average pizza. I know some people prefer toppers over some of the other pizza places in town, but their pizzas cost more even with any walk in deals. In our opinion the best tasting pizza in town is TwiceTheDeal and 241 Pizza. Thinking about the price for equivalent pizza, I believe their prices are almost double of what they are at TwiceTheDeal and 241.
We order from here all the time when we are craving pizza. The have a margarita pizza that my wife loves, and I have a few preferences. On Tuesday's they have a deal on specialty pizzas which is when we usually order pizza, the prices I find are reasonable and the pizza is amazing.
