Tops American Grill

I hadn 't been to Tops in many years. After dinner there, I asked myself, Why? . The atmosphere would be considered upscale as diners go with sparkles in the tiles, life-sized palm trees, and velvet drapes between rooms. The menu is extensive, and my chicken pot pie was delicious. I tasted my grandson 's stuffed haddock, which was just as good. The homemade soup was just the way I liked it, and of course, we needed to end it with lemon meringue and coconut cream pie. The price was affordable. The free parking was extensive and handicapped accessible. I 'll be returning soon so I won 't have to ask, Why? .

To say that my grandson didn't have a special birthday even while mommy and daddy were in Rochester at a wedding. Well he did. Tops American Grill Bakery in Rotterdam brought out a cake and the staff sang Happy Birthday. To say this little boy isn't a celeb at that diner is an understatement. He got to meet the owner of the diner this morning at breakfast. What a great group of people at that diner. We will forever be grateful and come back every time we're up here. As he would say vowwwww!!! Lol!!

Love this place! The folks there are always very accommodating. We usually visit after my grandkids hockey games so we can visit with the family and not have to cook! Always a great selection of breakfast and lunch meals, this time I had a steamy hot bowl of French Onion soup, and a Cranberry Spinach Chicken salad. Just what I was 'itchin fer! Can 't go wrong at Tops! Parking: Easy to get in and out Kid-friendliness: Lots of menu items for kids!

Service was good, soup was decent, dinner was terrible.. chicken, broccoli, alfredo. Sauce was near tasteless, the chicken...was it boiled? It was literally worse than canned chicken noodle soup chicken. Disgusting. I struggled to choke down a few bites. Pie was great. I won't be back, for however long it takes to forget about how bad the food really is. It's common knowledge in the area. Service: Dine in Reserva una mesa ahora

Ordered breakfast. I gotta say I was very impressed that we ordered breakfast and our sunny side up were cooked perfectly ! And that's on a delivery ordered. Impressive. We totally enjoyed everything. We got the house made corn beef with eggs over easy. Home fries and toast. Very good. Cooked perfectly and got to watch that yolk spill over into my corn beef ! Way to go !!!

We love eating here. we visit it very often. Food is always excellent. Waiters are absolutely wonderful. My granddaughte's love coming here. No matter if it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. When I ask where they want to eat it's always Top's
