eating was terrible, I ordered a BBQ-Bologna sandwich it was only browned on the outside, the inner was cold. the hired are obviously only there, they need to take care of people who are proud of the food they prepare. the next day I ordered afteros only to give them a 2nd chance .. more terrible cheese was cold the meat was hard just not good at a waist of the geldes. I ordered the combo when I asked the bologna sandwich for the sosse and shiny on the side, I should have a double side of fritten. well unnecessary to say that they fix it theirs away and betrayed me from my side, but charged me for it. I will never relive this place.
I usually only went to this place for her chopped pork sandwich, so I was disappointed to find out that they only offer pork from today. I hope they'll bring it back sometime. Another good place to get bbq in Memphis, but not the best. Potato salad has a beautiful creamy tan, though a bit heavy on the Mayo. The beans are overcooked and muddy, but some people enjoy this kind of things. The bits of pigs try out the lack of texture, but it could use some smoke. The Jumbo pulled sandwich is a bit unlustered in size, so I think the normal is the size of a slider
For an BBQ fast food chain it’s pretty good, they’re pulled pork sandwich are as good as any top notch BBQ in Memphis. High praise on both coleslaw and the baked beans. I would pass on the pork ribs, on they’re a little tuff but good on flavor.Disclaimer alert: it took over 30mins to receive our food. So fyi.
12/21/22 have been eating here for 30 years. the first time I ever served a cold burger and burned pommes. Once they have rebuilt the outside of the building and made it look more beautiful, eating went downhill. Go to tops in summer, they are better.

Terrible service at this location. Gave me wrong side items, left out other side items I paid for, no straw, sandwich was poorly wrapped and the bbq was old and overcooked..had to throw it away, so bad. Do not visit this location!
Just go to the location on Lamar. I don't know what it is about this one on Union but you could order a simple single sandwich and they'll find a way to mess up the order.
I spent 17.32 for two pork sandwiches was the size of a small and pork had a paste taste meat was chopped up overall it was the worst sandwich I have had
Been around a long time!! Love their pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw. I prefer to order online and pick it up.
