Torchy's Tacos - Reservar una mesa

I hate to do this because my friend and I love this place. However, we love this place because we usually get a better service than what we encounter today. we came and at this place, sat at the bar and ready to eat and drink as we order in the rule. from the outside we discovered the person who supplies food, they go outside into a car and start to house a beautiful dog (pit bulle) in the back of a gray land car. After he had left the dog, he went back to the house and looked after him from the car to go back to the kitchen. he went right in and took the food for a group and brought it out to them. beautiful fast service, but at no point did he wash his hands! at this point our bartender went up and asked what we ordered, we gave him what we just saw and let him know ours (bc, which we had planned on ordering food). he seemed to be taken back from what we said and continued to tell us that the handwashing station was right behind the kitchen door to the left. he didn't know that we already found these information when watching the employee. we tried to be positiw and have just agreed, but instead of ordering food and drinks, we have just ordered our drinks and left it. I saw that the worker go back to this vehicle to play with the dog at least 3 separate times, and what is worse is that our bartender behave and keep immediately changed towards us after we asked about the hand wash habits of the staff. I can understand the feelings he might feel while he was asked about his fellow worker, but as a person who previously worked in the food industry. I know that the expectation is that the employees wash their hands at least 30 seconds before they treat a customer food. when we are in the midst of a pandemic, I don't think it's too much for a customer to ask how to treat her eating. really disappointed at this place.

This place is delicious n when they warn u about the spiciness PLEASE pay attention. Ate the scalding pig n man it hurt but super good. I have no more insides but i am one satisfied customer. Would do it again. Happy camper this time wish i coukd do more stars.

Good tacos are something that we miss when we moved away. Torchys always delivers some of the best tasting options for bit breakfast and any other time of the day. The Diablo Sauce laced queso is always a go to for us. Amazinf

The food was great, for a taco chain they really outdid themselves from other torchies I'd tried before. The house margarita was good as well, definitely going back when im around the area.

Torchy's Tacos has really good guacamole dip. I had just ordered some with a bag of chips. You need to try it for yourself you haven't. The sweet tea is really good.
