3 stars for food, but a 4 stars for their service. I ordered the Monterrey, a house smoked smoked cowrise, salsa verde, radishes and Cotija cheese on 4 single tortilla. It was presented very nicely, but I thought it was something under seasoned. Beef was moist and the beats were well balanced, but all together had no wow factor. My cocktail was the elegant Margarita. Delicious and refreshing. Location was excellent in the Promenade Shopping Center. Parking is crazy during peak shopping times so much luck at times. The evening began with disappointment—no queso fundido, no salsa verde, and a few other items were missing from the menu. The highlight of the meal was the sparkling water. I ordered steak tacos, but they only use 4 ounces of steak per taco, and the cuts were so uneven that one of my three tacos had just two small pieces of meat. My wife's fajitas were equally disappointing; the chicken was dry, which is surprising given that fajitas are typically cooked to retain their juices. The reviews led us astray. It seems I chose the wrong place to celebrate my 18th anniversary dinner.
This restaurant offers a fusion of American and Mexican cuisine. The atmosphere and service are excellent, but the food fell short. I'm giving it 3 stars because my tuna tartare salad was fantastic, but the three people I dined with were not pleased with their meals. The tacos they ordered didn't impress, the medium beef came out rare, and their dishes were served cold. There were also mistakes with substitutions, and the overall flavor was lacking. It's definitely a good spot for a night out with drinks.
This is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The ambiance is wonderfully lit and beautifully themed, creating a pleasing atmosphere. Upon entering, you're greeted by a lovely bar. The staff are incredibly friendly and provide quick service. The food is outstanding, and the prices are quite reasonable given the quality. I love the vibe here. Place looks great, music is nice, staff is really friendly, and the alcoholic drink selections were endless. BUT! I wouldn't come here for tacos. For this being a Mexican place there tacos aren't that great. The tacos are small and they use fish sticks for there fish tacos which made them taste old plus dry and chewy. The steak tacos were okay though.
Beautiful interior even more amazing food. Guac made with Serrano pepper, Habanero pepper jalapeño garlic. Drinks make top-notch. Beautiful service very mexican feel. Long menu for drinks countless Tequila options. So many flights available when u are for adventure. will definitely go back
