Yesterday I celebrated my 50th birthday with 17 friends, and everything went great. Francisco is a charmer, always trying to please and make us feel comfortable. The rest of the staff, charming. I ordered a menu with all the starters on the menu, and each one was more delicious. The place is super nice, as it looked like it was going to rain, we did it inside in a very cozy room, and then we had a drink on the terrace, which is so nice they have. For me, without a doubt, a great discovery and a place that I put on my list of favorite places to eat or dine in the Sierra. Thank you!!! Destaco la atención, es excelente Creo que la camarera se llama Paola, un colombiano muy agradable. Menú variado con muchas opciones sin gluten. Las croquetas exquisitas, el muy buen pastel de queso, el risotto de hongos que no me gustaba mucho. Posiblemente no fue el mejor día, estaba vacío y con un cambio significativo en la temperatura, por lo que la terraza no estaba en buenas condiciones. Las croquetas son muy buenas, el flan salmorejo es normal, el confit de bacalao es correcto y el pastel de queso es muy bueno. La mejor atención de Paola Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmósfera: 3
