It can be difficult to find restaurants or street vendors that offer tacos dorados made with potatoes or beans. However, this place not only has tacos dorados, but they are also delicious! They are not greasy or soggy, but instead dry and crunchy. In fact, they are even better than Tito's Tacos! The price is just right for what you get, with a special of four tacos for $6.99. The tacos come with cabbage and pickled red onions. I also received a side dish, although I am not sure if it is included with the meal – either way, it's a nice bonus. My mom works at the restaurant in Huntington Park and she is very hardworking. The food is absolutely amazing, my favorite dish is the tacos de birria, they are delicious. I also enjoy their burritos. If you are reading this review and plan to visit with your family, I recommend trying their tortas, they are fantastic. They also have a kids menu with delicious options for the little ones. I love everything about this place.
This place is the best for Tortas Ahogadas and im not lying. Their bolillo is very good when you dip it on the sauce and the hot sauce is very spicy. The carne en su jugo really delicious. Eveb the Quesa tacos really good. It does take awhile to get the food since there are alot of customers as well a bit on the pricy side but well worth it i dont mind the price! Check it out and try it yourselves!
These were the worst tacos de canasta I have ever had. They did not meet my expectations at all. Additionally, the portion of filling inside the taco was less than half a tablespoon. I highly do not recommend them. The only side that came with the tacos was a very watery salsa. I highly do not recommend these tacos. Reserva una mesa ahora
This is always my top and only choice for tortas ahogadas. The salsa and chiles are always perfect, and they use the authentic bolillo roll. I've tried other places where they used a regular bolillo and it made the torta super soggy. Definitely the best tortas in town.
