It can be difficult to find restaurants or street vendors that offer tacos dorados made with potatoes or beans. However, this place not only has tacos dorados, but they are also delicious! They are not greasy or soggy, but instead dry and crunchy. In fact, they are even better than Tito's Tacos! The price is just right for what you get, with a special of four tacos for $6.99. The tacos come with cabbage and pickled red onions. I also received a side dish, although I am not sure if it is included with the meal – either way, it's a nice bonus. This is always my top and only choice for tortas ahogadas. The salsa and chiles are always perfect, and they use the authentic bolillo roll. I've tried other places where they used a regular bolillo and it made the torta super soggy. Definitely the best tortas in town.

I was quite disappointed with this torta-specialty restaurant. While the other food was decent, overall it was not very satisfying.

The food arrived 45 minutes late and when I finally received it, there was a hair in it. Will not be returning.
