I have always said that Barburrito is the best place to get a burrito, but after three days in a number of them not with ingredients I wanted, I decided to give the contest an attempt. Tortilla has more ingredients, better chicken, BIGGER Burritos and a far better interior. I love these Burritos, and I will definitely do this for Mexican food. The staff was very friendly and I was glad to hear that they had a 10% student discount. The only thing I could ask is that they corresponded to Barburritos 20%.
It is a British chain that I think you order at the counter and choose what fillings you want in your Burrito (or Taco), so it is easy to veganize it by avoiding cheese etc. There is usually a vegan chili as the main filling, plus beans, rice, salad, salsa etc. Tell the staff you are vegan and they seem quite sticky. In winter it is somewhat cold, but as a fast food option (and for a chain) it is one of the best around what you pay and the amount of food you receive.

Had the best experience with one of the workers, Amber. I didn't know what to choose, never had a tortilla! But she was very helpful and helped me my perfect Burrito and it was delicious! Amazing customer service and great product, defo will be back, thanks to the tortilla cardiff team and amber!

Amber was unbelievable today, this was my first time to eat Mexican food, she took the time to take me through the menu and explain all flavors and what food is complicated with each other, will definitely return, she was so friendly and unbelievable.
It is really good, choose what you like from all kinds of fillings. The large Burrito is very filling and decent price-performance ratio at around £7. It was very busy as it was playing day, but you are served quite fast, Slick operation
The food is fantastic and healthy too. Very spacious with a upstairs and toilets facility. The manager (Mel) was very friendly and helpful and Imogen (co worker) was awesome and made my visit well worth it .
Having eaten so many tortillas in so many places now, I barely was able to finish the meal.

I would say that Tortilla is more 3.5 stars but does enough for me to warrant the bumping the 4.
Had the barbacoa tacos Flavor was great Also got a side of guacamole It was all fresh and tasty.
