Tortilla - Reservar una mesa

I'm now a regular at this branch of tortilla and thought I would finally write a review, Big thank you to Kate and the rest of the team who always put a smile on my face whenever I come in, and always make sure to give me one of the best experiences I've ever had in a restaurant like tortilla. Food was especially amazing today so I just had to write a review!

The tortilla was good. I ordered the vegetarian tacos, which were basically just vegetables. I think the avocado should be included in the tacos without an additional charge. They needed salt and lime, but once I added that, they tasted good. The restaurant has a great variety of beers and the frozen margarita was decent. The corn wings were also enjoyable.

Food was ok, but the Subway style counter service was rushed with loads of misunderstandings and constant attempts by staff to push ingredients that they randomly charge extra for. Ended up having to clarify for every ingredient whether it was included or not. Seating is cramped.

I had some vegan tacos I thought would really be overpriced. They tasted good. Think it's terrible that they charge extra for guacamole, but don't offer an alternative to vegans. Also they are really stingy with the Guac.

Alongside the great food, I had the most amazing service from Kate. She made the atmosphere so friendly and was super helpful, as well as handling everything professionally and efficiently. Thank you Kate!

tired the vegan options of drawn jackfruit and it was wonderful, loved it only wish that the hot sauces they offered, more warm, the concept seems lost in British restaurants.

Server (Kate) was as friendly as could be! Warm and bubbly, a friendly server makes a huge difference after a 13 hour flight!

Idk if you lot put expired chicken in my bowl or cooked it for too long but that was like biting on rocks do better
