I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. On January 5th, during lunchtime, I ordered and paid for food and drinks. However, when my order arrived, they did not have the drinks I asked for, so I settled for cheaper alternatives. The manager, Rhiannon, was new and unsure how to refund the difference, promising to contact me later that day via email. Unfortunately, she only reached out on January 18th to apologize and arrange the refund. I’ve used this branch for collection on many occasions and I’m really not sure what it is with the portion control. It’s like you’re being rationed I always have to prompt the staff to fill the bowl to the top and have given up buying large bowls as they fill the medium and large with about the same amount of stuff. I made the mistake of using Deliveroo today were I had no ability to prompt them to fill the bowl up to the size it should be. So I ended up with a half full bowl which isn’t going to fill me up. We have been here a few times and always receive a warm welcome from the staff. Covid procedures are always in place and tables/toilets are super clean. The burritos are really delicious, they give you a generous amount of filling (compared to Bar Burrito, I'm sorry I'm even mentioning this place in the same breath as Tortilla! . Their large is actually large and is enough for 2 people. The ingredients are always fresh and top quality meats are used. They offer student discount too which is good, although everything is reasonably priced anyway. Will definitely be returning and recommend a visit here. Thanks Tortilla chefs and staff!
The burrito was cold, the staff were unfriendly, the restaurant was dirty, there were no beers available, and the bowl was dirty with warm cans inside. We will not be returning. The manager needs to take hygiene more seriously. Also, there is a Sainsbury and Tesco nearby where the staff can get supplies to ensure proper service to customers. It seems like this is a recurring issue that needs to be addressed. We wasted our time and money.

Went to order a burrito, server drinking with gloved hands, opening cupboards, changing greasy foil dispenser (which she dropped into the rice) then touching food without changing gloves. Too stomach churning to watch so bailed at that point.
If you're in the Richmond area, Tortilla is a good spot for lunch. However, I wouldn't make a special trip to eat there. I tried the vegan enchilada, which was tasty but not particularly memorable.
Great food and Maria Walter were very friendly. They were kind enough for me to try two differnt meats for my young son. I recommend the quesadillas. Perfect service.
5th time have ordered, no problems before. Gave us flour tacos instead of corn. End result our 11 year old has thrown up 3 times so far.
