Capital grille Del Friscos and Rocco’s could all learn something from Toscano. The quality of steak, service and overall experience has always been outstanding.The bone in filet mignon and bone in rib eye for two with pastrami rub and root beer butter was truly one of the best we’ve ever eaten and our server was excellent making for a truly great overall dining experience
