Beautiful hike from Lünersee, great view, good base (or stop for Schesaplana. Perfect apple strudel with vanilla sauce or cream, large lasagna with vanilla sauce and plums (in fact it is a kind of cheese cake; anyway, absolutely delicious! Some of the cottage was unfortunately destroyed by an avalanche in January 2019, but fortunately it is possible to stay in containers or winter camps since the end of June 2019 (sure that you reserve your place!, and you can still get all these fair and delicate meals. If you want to help, it is possible to donate for the reconstruction of the cottage.

Lovely climb up here from Lunersee and it was well worth it for a beer and selection of home made cakes at the hut. Friendly staff, great history and a great atmosphere of fellow walkers. Wonderful. Alps hut at their best.

Well worth the climb. We loved the Apfelsstrudel. A combination of thin crisp layered pastry and soft. Wonderful filling: perfect mixture of sharp fruitiness and aromatic spice.

They serve really good food on the top of the mountain! I enjoyed the place and the view. It was worth climbing. A little cold out there, but be prepared...

This hat and restaurant is a great place to stop walking around Lunersee. Limited menu, but good food and drinks after a hike.
