I recently visited Touchdown Lounge for the first time since moving to Delaware six years ago, hoping for a pleasant experience with my wife. I was picking up a DoorDash order and waited at the bar to notify someone I was there. After about five minutes, a regular customer arrived after me and was served immediately, while I was completely ignored. I had to interrupt the bartender’s conversation just to get noticed.
The bartender’s attitude was noticeably unfriendly and she didn’t acknowledge me while I waited for my order. After about ten minutes, I called her over to ask how much longer it would take, but she seemed dismissive. I reminded her that the orders are supposed to be ready on...
The dining experience at this restaurant is generally enjoyable, offering a mix of classic bar food and other options. I particularly love their cocktails and burgers. While I usually opt for delivery without any problems, my recent visit for a dine-in meal with colleagues was disappointing. The restaurant was understaffed, resulting in a wait of around 40 minutes for our food, which led us to take our meals to go. The limited service took away from the enjoyment of our time together. I wouldn't recommend this place for lunch, but it might offer a better experience during different hours.
The food here is good, typical bar food and more. Their crab bowl and crab soup are my favs. I usually order here for delivery and haven't had any issues, but I recently dined in with my coworkers and we were not pleased. They were understaffed, and the wait time for our food was a little over 40 minutes, which caused us to have to box up our food and take it to go. We weren't happy since the point was to have lunch together. Would not recommend going there on your lunch, but if you go any other time you should be fine.
The ambiance was enjoyable, the food was satisfying, and the wings were fantastic. I participated in a music bingo event, which I genuinely felt I should have won. Unfortunately, I didn’t grasp how to properly mark my card and ended up losing.

Touchdown Lounge is a fantastic spot to visit. While traveling, we decided to try it out and were impressed by their tasty vegan burger. The staff were exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to meet my vegan dietary requirements.
Although the restaurant was quite busy, the staff were outstanding, working hard to make sure our orders arrived promptly. The berry lemonade was especially tasty. Pet Rock is the best cover band around! I will definitely be returning!
Touchdown Lounge is an excellent place to enjoy a meal while watching a game. I started with the Grouper Tenders, and they were fantastic. I also highly recommend the Crab Cake Platter. The food here is exceptional!
My husband and I ordered so much food and all of it was amazing, I've seen pictures of the food and I'll say touchdown delivered great service and the food lived up to the photos
