Carole has specialties every day and there is always a vegetable dish. If you are vegan like me, call ahead to check whether what is vegan or not this day. Sometimes it can veganize, not other times. The place itself is beautiful in old stone walls and has a beautiful courtyard to eat when it is sunny or at least warm. Most foods are organic (the vegetables are anyway). also has organic drinks and coffee/tea. My plate a day was a bit dry, but it's a start.
Small restaurant not visible from the outside but well arranged inside in a pretty old setting. The kitchen is excellent, based on fresh organic products. has the owner who does all herself. An address to be discovered absolutely. We'll be back!
Well done. The manager is very pleasant and can cook products ideally selected. The indoor terrace allows you to take a bowl of salvific air in the middle of a working day. He became my favorite restaurant address in Moulins.
