"It was just ok. The meat was a bity fatty. The salad bar had a few salads. My son liked the macaroni and cheese and lasagna at the buffet. We have been to Brasa in Niagara falls and this did not compare at all. The gauchos come at a very fast pace!"

The ambiance and dining environment were quite pleasant, offering a comfortable setting for a meal. However, I was quite disappointed with the service when it came to the way the waitstaff provided the meat.As per the custom, I understood that displaying the green card meant I was still interested in receiving more servings of meat. However, I couldn't help but notice that the waitstaff seemed indifferent to the color of the card. Even when I had the green card on display, they didn't approach our table with the meat offerings. This was in stark contrast to what I observed happening at neighboring tables, where numerous servers were actively providing various cuts of meat to diners.What baff...
The atmosphere is delightful and calming. The food is great. Our server was a bit lost but the other server picked up the slack. Overall a great experience but not worth 200 in my opinion. 70per head a drink and a tip. The issue was waiting for food and the servers would not always stop although the green card is up and if they did walk by it felt like they just didn't want to make eye contact. Even after we asked for grilled pineapple it took a bit. If you haven't tried it you should then make your decision for a second visit or not. It will be a pricey visit but no different then a couple of apps and a drink at a good steak house but with all you can eat steak, apps and bread.
Met my expectations and more.Went to this restaurant for an event and it was fantastic, from the time we went in.The restaurant staff greeted us nicely, sat us down and everything went well.The quality of the food was exceptional, some of the best I have had in North America, all tasted fantastic. The Parmesan Steak and the spicy steak was my favourite. They served beef, lamb, chicken and sausages. All the food was excellent.The restaurant is very well kept and looks amazing. The staff are very pleasant and attentive.Every 30 minutes or so, there are dancers that perform. Very entertaining.
It was just ok and didn’t worth the price. It was a great and memorable night for me because of the people who were with me not because of the food or restaurant.Servers were polite and friendly. But there was no parking close by. Website says it has valet parking but they said they don’t have it. We were a group of 7; we enjoyed each other’s company but it’s better (and cheaper to go to other steakhouses/restaurants for a good piece of steak and enjoy the type of meat (rare, well done,… you like.
It's a beautiful restaurant, this is the second time I've been... However, I can't justify the price. I do find the meats to be extremely salty and the sides they offer at the hot table are not great. I had to stir the macaroni and cheese myself because it looked like it had been untouched for a while. I feel like if you charge people 60+ per person for dinner, the sides should have more thought and be in tune with the Brazilian culture. Service was great so that's one of the upsides.
I have very little to complain about for Touro. I went with my family for a birthday brunch, the options though limited were great and the meats of course were delicious and well prepared. Staff members often came by to ensure we had food on our plates and did a good job following our preferences.I was lucky to experience their “birthday surprise” which really elevated the experience and made my day. I would definitely recommend this place if you were thinking of going.
Very unique experience, we went to celebrate my birthday. We didn’t know it’s a buffet, the meats were super delicious, but side were not very good selection, there were meats on side and baked potatoes and basic salad, I think it would be nice to have more vegetarian options on slide, or maybe some fried rice or something. Our waiter was Ceasars he was nice, very attentive to our table along with all other tables. The ambience is very nice.
This is very divided review. Nikita was amazing very attentive and really added toour experience. BUT the music was so loud with an intense, driving drum beat the whole evening. Not condusive to conversations, which is why we go out as a family. The food was pretty good. Cost was on the high end, but that does depend on how much you eat.
My family surprised me here for my birthday for brunch. The atmosphere and design was really nice. The service and staff were exceptional! Cesar was attentive and friendly. The brunch buffet had great selections but the all you can eat Brazilian steak cuts were amazing! Totally worth the price and exceeded my expectations.!
