Tower 12 - Reserva de mesa

We arrived with a reservation and were initially seated at a bar with four stools in a row overlooking the street. Since we were there with family and wanted to be able to converse comfortably, we requested a table and were seated at a tall table just a few minutes later. The place was filled with several TVs broadcasting NFL football games, and it was bustling with energy and noise from enthusiastic fans cheering on their teams. Despite the lively atmosphere, the service was outstanding! Our wait staff was attentive, and our food arrived promptly. Overall, the food was enjoyable!

Service was on-point. Kylie was always checking in, but not too much. We never had an empty water or beer glass. Food was great, especially for an ultra popular spot for the twenty-somethings (only later at night, not at all from 5- 8 PM when we were there). I will hold other business meetings here for sure.

It’s a happening place , very loud, but that’s what you should expect at a bar restaurant. Pizza came out cold and so did the fries Pretzel is amazing, definitely a shareable . Salads were very good . Service was definitely a 10.

When I arrived for my reservation at Tower 12, the hostess could not find my reservation. She asked me if I booked it on Open Table, then told me they never look at reservations that come through Open Table. Reserva una mesa ahora

The host was rude to us and didn’t honor our reservation. My friend drove an hour to meet me and we we’re stuck at the end of a bar in the direct sun. Not exactly the experience we were going for.

The restaurant's reservation system isn't linked to OpenTable, so they didn't have any record of my reservation when I arrived.

Aside from the glitchy open table system. (Only shows 12am, nothing at 12pm), this place is outstanding. I will be back!

Fantastic spot! The food is delicious, and it's a wonderful place to catch some sports.
