What a good surprise! a new direction and a new leader in this well-known inn at the foot of the hiking trails of the Pyrenees. very appropriate price. Original formula. refined cuisine. (the chef was in good school in the best cuisines in the region) with taste, original. fresh local produce. warm and attentive welcome. bravo. on the right path. We'll be back.
Accueil excellent sympathique mais sans familiarité excessive. Repas excellent prix raisonnable. Les entrées surprises à partager étaient excellentes, raffinées. Les plats, cochon confit et merlu excellent, cuisson parfaite, originalité sans excès. Tout reste de bon ton. Un excellent moment dans un excellent restaurant. Nous avons apprécié et nous reviendrons.

The hotel was taken over a few weeks ago and a cooler wind went by: local cuisine tradi but creative and tasteful, waitress for small care, gourmet and generous cook. Go ahead, but keep me a place in what will become my new canteen!
