I recently dined at Trackside Grill and Bar, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious especially the buffalo wings and coconut shrimp. The wings were perfectly crispy with the coconut shrimp being my personal favorite . Both were standout items that I’ll be coming back for. One of the best establishments in the Pocono Mountains region. While on a trip back home to visit my family, I decided to stop into this restaurant, after not having visited in many years. Gabriela, the manager, was incredible, as my meal came out of the kitchen with out my allergies taken into consideration.Gabriela was attentive, kind, and responsive as it pertained to my dietary needs. This is my first time at trackside and I was absolutely blown away by the atmosphere, everyone was so nice and friendly and above all welcoming! Our server Andrew recommended the best drink I ever had! You could tell the bartender put their heart and soul into the drink they was creating! Shout out to Kaitlyn and Gabriella and they also recommended some amazing margaritas for me and my girl as well. We would love to come back again, but we try every restaurant once and can’t go back to the same one twice. (We will be back with friends and family though eventually) ! All food except the onion rings was amazing, they burnt the rings. Another server cleared our table and I again expressed the rings were burnt and he took it upon himself to have them make more for me to take home Had to wait a few minutes before someone actually spoke to us seated us. Kaitlyn was attentive to our needs, from the beginning of our meal to its ending. From appetizers, to entrees, to desserts, she availed us of all of our options, and she inspired us to make a dessert choice that we were later grateful for. Unbeknownst to us, Trackside has so many specials throughout the week, we will be sure to return, and hopefully we are lucky to be served by Kaitlyn. My girlfriend and I love this place! On Jan 20th 2025, I came here after a long days work. I had Kaitlyn as my waitress, who was very personable, friendly, and accommodating. she really made sure that I was taking care of.
