It simply did not meet the upscale, luxury expectation set in the advertisement, or of any other high end hotel bruch experience we had ever had. We were seated in the general dining room with everyone who did not purchase the Father’s Day Brunch, the hotel’s red-eyed guests who rolled out of bed and shlepped it down to the chow line in their bed head, shorts and undershirts. The hostess tried to seat us at a dirty table. Ambiance was no-music, fussy children and kitchen noise. Not a tablecloth to be found. No one greeted us to explain the set up. Service was slooooow, to scarce. They hotel simply opened a connecting room with a few non-breakfast items and allowed the Father’s Day brunch pat...
The meal was extremely overpriced, the food was cold and not good. They didn’t have our reservation when we arrived and tried to sit us directly next to the band’s speaker even though the place was empty. And fought us that the other tables were reserved, even though we had a reservations and those tables were never sat the entire time we were there. I would not go back again.

Este restaurante era muy caro. La calidad y el servicio de la comida eran simplemente buenos. Para un restaurante en Whitley, esperaba mucho mejor calidad y servicio de comida. Decepcionado

Had a great solo dining experience at Trade Root. The dining area was quiet which was what I needed. My waiter provided amazing recommendations and also was very knowledgeable of the menu.
No reservations needed. Not a true sit-down lunch experience. Ended up sitting in the lobby having lunch.
The food, service, and ambiance here were amazing. I will definitely will be coming back!
We did not receive our full order...items left out of order... Very disappointing
