The bistro has its good days and it's bad days but the biggest issue is they have events that blast music late in the evening. Makes you question why you're spending so much money to stay here. I should reiterate, the service staff in the bistro and at reception are great. They're very friendly and always help when asked.While the events may be indoors after 10 PM, the event room opens up right out to the court yard where the pool is, and at least on 2 occasions, the dj set up was right against the entrance connected to the court yard. all the individuals who work with my company struggled to sleep until 12:30 1 AM due to the volume of the music. Perhaps it would help to reposition the speak...
our family booked several room function room for family wake output thousands in the process, I booked a 2 bedroom apartment a single room if calculated $700 for the 2 room, if several singles were much cheaper I asked reception if they could help, the answer that it does not or offer of refund or credit. I said calmly, I'm not going back to an answer of okay, that's good. what disgusting service a sad reflection of boom times. also the shower water flooded over the whole bathroom, light blown into the bedroom, refrigerator door would not close, smuggling in the dach, which brings us the traffic noise terrible
Stayed here long term for a business trip. I really enjoyed my stay at Tradewinds, beautiful surroundings and views of the swan river. Staff are very polite, professional and accommodating. On the few occasions something may not have been working in my room they quickly rectified the issue with a sense of urgency that I can attribute to the overall hospitality the Tradewinds staff operate with. This being my first trip to perth, I can say it was a pleasant experience and thank the Tradewinds for contributing to that. Cheers!
The downlights above our bed weren't functioning, and the rooms aren't very soundproof; we could hear people walking by. However, our room was lovely and impeccably clean. To the owner: the room was presented very well, and I would definitely stay again, despite the noise being a bit more than I anticipated. To be fair, it was quite quiet after 11 PM, even on a Friday night. I think a lot of people might have been using the gym to cut through to the bar that was right outside our room. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Have been in a tough situation since October (rental crisis), visited many hotels motels since the Tradewinds is by far my favourite. ID NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Leah at the front reception is absolutely amazing, she’s been such a help checking us in out, extending our stay, just doing the most she can- going above and beyond always. Couldn’t thank her the lovely staff enough! Rooms: 5
The service was terrible, the food was overpriced, and it was very noisy. Not a great place for an evening meal. Rating: 1/5.

Best fish and chips I have ever had. Great smiley service too. Highly recommend this place.
