I visit Trailside almost every time I'm at camp, and it has changed ownership several times, each time seeming to improve. They've added an enclosed outdoor bar and seating area, updated the interior of the original building, and opened a separate smokehouse. Tonight, I enjoyed the crispy chicken salad with honey mustard dressing, accompanied by a side of potato wedges. It was delicious and so generous that I finished every bite!
