If the meal was very good (and fortunately seen the price), everything around the service was a catastrophe! Treasurer of my wedding or how to ruin a magical moment of this day: the cake! We didn't have great requirements only no piece mounted like everyone but flat: a mixture of cabbages and macarons with our two initials and a heart in the center Result a very wide letter and the other half less broad, a non-existent heart if it is a vulgar piece of chocolate with a drawn heart on it (size 5cmx5cm) while the 3 elements were to be of similar size : in short What had to be a magical moment ended up being the worst memory of this beautiful day. A lot of great comments for a catererer who, in my case, has not at all been up to his reputation... Service staff unable to serve a table properly, guests have had to claim to eat, ridiculous portions in plates is phenomenal amounts of remains in reflectors! I'm not even talking about the kindness of these... one being said waitress who gets hurt by making an ice ball, another who's apprentice who doesn't know how to do... in short, a bad-time catererer who doesn't deserve his reputation.

Lamentable, I made an order at Bringel, paid in advance and I have no way to postpone delivery because all my guests cancelled the evening because of VID. The very friendly buffet manager told me that there was no problem but 10 minutes after the secretariat reminds me that my order cannot be changed (2 days before the delivery date).

We ordered a buffet atmosphere on the occasion of a family holiday at home. Nothing except: EXCELLENT!!! A very good quality price! Nice quantities! I recommend Thanks to you Karine and Ludo
