Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience in this restaurant. I had a boiler egg with florentine that was actually a hard egg with spinach. fries in addition to being in small quantities were not cooked enough. the carrot mousseline I was sold was a part of carrot washers without too much interest. and my fish barely cooked was a small soup. for my floating island was made with little cream. I find that the price was therefore high compared to what we ate. I think our experience is not a reflection of what is actually served in this restaurant. I will not come back but I hope my comment will not be too vexing for the owners because the person who served us was very pleasant despite ever...
