Tranquilitea Cake Tea Emporium

Today, we felt ignored by the staff at the restaurant. The steak baguette we ordered was simply beef slices warmed up, despite us specifically asking if they had steak before placing our order. We noticed the last steak was given to someone who appeared to be a friend or relative of the business. The two cokes we ordered turned out to be Diet Coke, and when we asked for a different option, we were given lemonade which was also diet. This was a bit embarrassing as it was announced in front of other customers. Eventually, another patron received Pepsi, indicating that they did have it available earlier. After an amazing holiday we decided to finish it off with a breakfast im so glad tranquillitea is open on a sunday to help lessen our holiday blues, we had a lovely breakfast thanks so much to the lovely staff, and if you have children im sure they will love to see tge rabbits in the garden we will be back soon.

Always love coming to tranquilitea for a good brew and a slice of cake! Great staff who always make a fuss of my little boy when we come in. He loves the play area too, so he is always fully entertained whilst I eat cake! Definitely going to sample the healthier brekkies next time I’m in though!!

This tea room is very kid-friendly with a designated corner for children that includes a variety of toys. The food was delicious, and both times I visited, the atmosphere was bustling. The cakes were exceptional. I will definitely return. Reserva una mesa ahora

The owner was hospitable and friendly, it was refreshing! The expansion to early evening drinks and nibbles, is something the locals will welcome from this considerate proprietor. All round enjoyable experience!

A lovely family run cafe! I come her most days for a coffee and have breakfast here at the weekends. A beautiful cafe! Perfect place for for friends and family to catch up.. would recommend the homemade cakes :

Fantastic place for lunch with friends, lovely menu (great cakes! , fantastic service and kids very welcome. Definitely worth a visit.
