Edited Mar 15 Revisited today and seen the usual lady was working. Back to great service! Old review: Staff used to be friendly and fast. Knew their customers and greeted you with a smile. The young lady working had her headphones in talking to someone on the phone, not caring about customers. Food took much longer than normal to be prepared. Not very happy with the change in the business.

For a bus terminal restaurant, this place has a pretty large selection of food. The quality is average and the prices are high, but you’re paying for convenience. If you’re on the go and you need a place to eat, this place is a decent option.

Cute little place that has awesome poutine. Seriously. You would never think that this place has amazing food but it does. I usually eat here when I am waiting for a bus. Good sized portions for money. Just wish there was more seating.

I hope the recent changes to the bus area don't leave this place out of business. It's really enjoyable and the food is good

For my money, it has the best breakfast sandwich in downtown Kitchener.
