I decided to give this restaurant a second chance. When I first moved to the area, my wife and I stopped in for breakfast. I ordered the chicken fried steak, which I love, but I couldn't even finish it. Years later, my sister came to visit after I had been in the hospital, and we decided to eat at the same restaurant. I didn't mention my previous bad experience to her. I ordered the chicken fried steak again, while my sister ordered the biscuits and gravy. When my sister asked for salt and pepper as the waitress walked by, the waitress threw the packets on her plate of food as she passed by. I can't understand why this restaurant has so many five and four-star reviews, because in my opinion, it is the worst restaurant I have ever visited. I feel sorry for those who believe it deserves five stars, as they must not have had real food before. The BBQ sandwich was just a few slices of roast beef in broth, the chicken tasted like it was from the frozen food section but worse, and the grilled cheese had a slice of American cheese between generic white bread, all at a price six times higher than it should be. Perhaps people who enjoy hair in their food would give it five stars. I suggest going to Subway or McDonald's instead. The place is not good.

Trappers used to be one of our favorite restaurants years ago, but we stopped going due to a few rude waiters who didn't care about service. About a year ago, we had a terrible experience with the same waitress and decided not to return. Recently, we decided to give it another try after hearing that there was new staff. The service was much better with the new staff, but the food was lackluster. One of us had a disappointing chili size made with a pre-made frozen patty, while the other had a mediocre burger with limp fries. It will be a while before we return again. We gave it a chance, but it fell short.

My family goes here every time we’re in Snowflake because of tradition. But the food is awful and overpriced! The only thing I can manage to eat is their French fries. Even their grilled cheese (which cost $8 for American cheese in between 2 regular pieces of bread) made me feel sick after, and I couldn’t even finish it because it tasted so bad. I stood for one because at the door and tried to get attention to be able to sit. it never happened, so I sat myself. No one came to take my order. I finally ask someone how to get a food order. they took it. I ordered hot beef sandwich that came cold with cold gravure. my server was very busy talking to the chef. don't waste your money here.

Employees were not friendly at all we were having problems at self checkout they helped then there was an employee standing behind us acting like he was on his phone just watching us . Made me feel like we were doing something wrong . Let me say that I'm not a thief and nothing is worth going to jail over nothing. If I cant pay I dont get it

a casual old time restaurant with homemade foods like anoma earlier to make! you could die. I ordered the fryed bark dinner with carrots and gravy, an salad, green bean and a roll. I couldn't even eat 1/3 of them, but take the rest home. the brat was probably a whole pfund and roasted on delicate perfection!

We always order their pies for all our special family occasions. We Love their Apple Pie, Cherry Pie Lemon cream pie and chocolate cream pies!!!! Amazing and all our extended family get so excited when we tell we are having Trapper’s pies when they come for a visit! Reserva una mesa ahora

Tiny restaurant. Biscuits look like they were bought from walmart and warmed up in the mic...got a 2 chicken breast dinner and the pieces of chicken were super tiny and they overflowed my plate w fries. But the staff was nice!

Great sandwiches and burgers. Good prices and the best pie! Would go again. I kinda wish their menu was a bit more expansive. It seemed like there was a small choice of meals available.
