This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I must say, the food was absolutely delicious. Both the appetizer and the main course were amazing—so full of flavor! My friend and I shared the polpette as an appetizer, and for dinner, I had the Pollo alla Milanese with a side of spaghetti. Our server was fantastic as well; he informed us about the special of the day and checked on us multiple times throughout the meal. Overall, it was a wonderful Sunday dinner experience.
Expected better based on reviews. Would not recommend the gnocchi which I thought were heavy and chewy. Was willing to try the pizza but haven't been back since they put large Franchot for governor signs in the windows. On another visit the attached gelato shop had a sign in the window saying go inside. Went in. Rude man said go outside for service. We did and he clearly wasn't in a hurry to serve us. So, probably won't be back for a while.
This is the best Italian restaurant I have been to in Maryland. The food is perfect and the staff is very kind and attentive. Ivan and Matteo have served us in the past and have been kind and gracious. This place focuses on great authentic food without being overly pricy and snobby. The food here is quite good, but I struggle to understand how they can justify charging $26 for just 6 pieces of ravioli (and yes, that’s the exact count). It's disappointingly overpriced, which is unfortunate because I enjoyed their food enough that I would have considered ordering from them regularly. We were really excited about our visit and the meal. Even though we were seated at a table for two right next to the kitchen, the salmon and cheese ravioli were delicious. We were visiting the area looking for an Italian Restaurant, and this place is great an authentic Italian place, they speak Italian, servers very good and I got ?spaghetti fruto del mare?, very tasty! I saved for next visit to Washington DC, it?s close, 15 minutes drive.
During my stay in Takoma, I tried out several restaurants, and this one stood out with the best service and incredible food. I will definitely return! I had the gluten-free pasta with pesto sauce, and it was absolutely delicious! #sogood!

Fantastic little neighborhood Italian restaurant with excellent food. We thoroughly enjoyed the pasta and meat dishes, and the ambiance created a perfect setting for memorable times with friends.
