we have celebrated our high time and regularly go to eat there. so far we have never been disappointed. we book our table every time long enough in advance. you should simply know that the restaurant is very well visited and a reservation wants to be well planned. Nevertheless, antonio and his team always get "yet fast a table for 2". the ton makes the music - as always in life you can get the best service here if you are courteous and respectful with the personal. I love really good eating this in advance. I go very much and like to eat and also pay for good taste. So for me it depends when I go to eat that I really get to eat the tradition of the country represents and has modern influences. that you get a feeling of the land. after several pleasant visits in la riva I recommended the restaurant a few me important friends for a common dinner. that was a mistake: the reserved table was not free, after patient waiting several free-going tables were re-examined: we would simply forget. the unfriendly and little service oriented personal took up after a longer qwart the order, the wee was only brought to remember after several times, only after recuperation. eating was not bad, but there has also been a clear drop in my feelings of quality. unfortunately we were very disappointed by the visit in la riva. we had already had a week in advance a table reserved, extra with the wish to sit directly on the Rhine side, despite two free tables we were given a table in second row. we could not really explain why we can't sit on the window. one of the two tables remained free all night. very annoying. the appetizer was below average and price performance bad. the main dish (swordfish) was very delicious. the service overall but so bad that we do not have to come back. the waiters are arrogant and do not change a nice word. to the bill we had 30 min. you imagine, you sit on the table and the waiter pay no attention to one. for a menu you mean us, the kitchen would already be closed. a table further receives a family coming after us immediately the card, little later another couple also one. the waiter said this one, the chef said the kitchen at 14:30 for closed then again the cancelled. hello where are we!. at least we got a glass wein, so 2* instead of 1.* we have never experienced such an arrogance.

we had to wait too long for the appetizer 50 minutes and then 45 minutes for the main food. service is unfortunately bad. for each individual pettyness had to be asked. salt peffer brot oil . hm when you wait 2 hours for the main dish it is not funny. with beautiful weather it is to sit outside and look at the Rhine a dream. a good service would do this restaurant well.

I was having lunch with a friend and everything was great. we had both pasta with seafood. the noodles were perfect al dente and tastefully as I had imagined.
