Trattoria Italia Rustica

I’ve lived in Bogotá for a long time and never visited this place before, although I’m sure I’ve walked in front of it at least a dozen times. Anyway It was raining and we were trying to find a dry and warm place when finally found ourselves in the entrance. The cozy sofas and warm style of the place inviting us to go inside. The rest, as they say, is history. We ordered two Italian classics: Margherita Pizza and Carbonara Spaghetti, both of them outstanding in their simply, yet elegant, taste and texture. Outstanding service, very attentive personnel that kept an eye on our table and made sure that every detail of our meal was taken care of. Looking forward to our next visit. Thanks Italia...

Four of us went to lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We had reservations and were immediately shown a table. We commented that we had asked for a table through a window on the second floor so that the host brought us up without hesitating. Service was friendly, timely and with some good suggestions. The various dishes Ravioli, Spaghetti, Diavola Pizza we ordered were all really good. So overall a very good experience, a fun, comfortable, delicious two hours.

The worst restaurant in Bogota, we waited 1 hour for the starter and only got it after we asked twice. It took an hour and half to get the net, and they were most unbeatable. They used vanilla instead of peber and had forgotten the salt. The only thing I can recommend is the wine and bread. Never come back

On December 31st 2018 I visited Italia Rústica for a family lunch. It was my first time there. My experience was very disappointing: very common food, poor service, cheap decor and very exagerated prices as if it was a first class restaurant. I don't recommend it.

Turned a few times and thought it looked interesting. Had stopped with my wife last night and had the chicken cacciatore and wife had the pizza that both were excellent. The Bruschetta had a unique twist that I really enjoyed. Will definitely be back.
