It was once the best pizzeria in Hürth. It's just unreliable. The last three orders were always wrong. 1. Tonno pizza without onions ordered- There was a ton with extra much onion 2. Two pizzas ordered with Aioli- Aioli was not included, but still calculated. 3. He ordered something again today. Despite the note of the last order and the commitment of the telephone player, Aioli would be forgotten again. For all three orders, it was said at the end of the day, "We have a lot to do. We have little money ourselves and rarely make food from suppliers. That was our last order today.
We had ordered a pizza and a salad. The food should be delivered by the Trattoria within 50 minutes of information. When the food had not arrived after 1.5 hours, I called and asked for the remains of our order. I have a boring answer here that the driver was on the way. He sounded extremely upset as if it were a nausea to call it. An apology remained complete. When the driver finally arrived a quarter of an hour later, the pizza was only lukewarm. It's a shame because we always like to order there. This is done for the future.
You're ignored at the restaurant. There was also no greeting. 20 min to the beverage order, and you only have 20 seats. It takes too long to order, we are also sitting 20 min before empty glasses. You definitely lack a restaurant service. The phone rings constantly, you have to constantly explain why it takes so long. You're too overwhelmed by the oven. I don't want to sit in with you like that anymore.
The food came after 1.5 hours. Pizza arrived cold and was really nothing special for the price. And with a delivery value of 60 still demand delivery fee is bad.
