Finalmente un rincón de Italia para aquellos como nosotros, turistas, que no quieren los menús locales habituales, pero quieren volver a los orígenes. Excelente pasta como en casa. Lugar abierto sin frilles pero sólo sustancia. Bien hecho. Complimentos. They have gluten-free pasta options, I also have other intolerances and they have been understanding about it, offering me other possibilities to adapt a dish.
