I have been going here the last 4-5 years and the biggest problem is the service. They struggle to be properly staffed with dealers and waitresses are almost non existent. I dont really have a problem with that but it 's inconvenient. My biggest problem I have is the professionalism of the pit boss/floor sypervisors. I never had issues with them but lately i have experienced 2 incidients of micro aggressive behavior. The first is when I was confused on a payout for a new table game and addressed it to the dealer but realized i was talking about the wrong bet andimmediately corrected myself and apologized. Hello folks, went to check out TIVERTON CASINO And somthing went wrong. While the casino was fine,their ENTRINCE IN NOT! The casino is larger than I expected. The inside layout is stylish and there are many slot machines and just the right amount of table games. TVs placed throughout the casino so you can watch your game while playing the slots or table games. Then there's the BIG screen to sit back and take a break. I can't speak on the restaurant since I didn't eat there and from what I was told their hotel has been closed since Covid.
I go there at least once every week. They changed the player levels lowering them and they don't tell me how many points I need to get back to the top level. I hear a lot of people complaining that the machines seem a lot tighter. I don't hear as many people hooting and hollering about winning as I used to. That tells me a lot.Service: 2/5
