*Solid attendance – with potential for improvement* At first glance, the restaurant looks inviting and the dishes are nicely presented. Unfortunately, not everything went smoothly during our visit. Some dishes were no longer available at 6:45 p.m. We were also served the wrong dish and it was initially incorrectly entered on the bill. Ordering drinks took a long time and the staff didn't seem particularly attentive. When we asked whether a dish was freshly prepared or frozen, the latter was honestly confirmed. Nine of us went to the Sophien Stübchen for my mother's birthday and had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Everyone ordered something different – and everyone loved their food! I even got to enjoy the first asparagus of the season, along with a superb vegetarian schnitzel – highly recommended! The staff was very friendly, attentive, and, despite the large group, kept everything under control. The decor is a bit plain and seems dated, but that didn't detract from the overall impression. The large and very clean restrooms are particularly noteworthy – something you don't find everywhere. Thank you for the lovely evening – we'd love to come back!
