Family owned, BYOB Italian restaurant in Hatboro exceeded all expectations! Friends threw out the suggestion and we just never thought about going. Bad choice on our part, should have gone much sooner. Olivia was our server, informative, attentive but not overwhelming. I had one of the specials, cod with crab and capers in a wine sauce with corn risotto, which was delicious. The flavors were perfect. My husband had the chicken Marsala which he truly enjoyed and they did not add flour to keep it gluten free. Most definitely will return. Be advised that reservations help as it’s a smaller restaurant as well as BYOB. Definitely will go again!

The staff was incredible! We had a fantastic time at our early Valentine's Day dinner. It was our first visit, and we started off with the arancini and the sausage and broccoli rabe special. The red sauce served with the arancini was outstanding. For our main courses, we opted for shrimp scampi and lobster gnocchi (with spinach instead, as per my preference). The portions were just right and everything was delicious. The prices were very reasonable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be returning!

The waitress was very nice and attentive. It took over an hour to get our meal. However would have liked the food to come earlier. The Caesar salad was much smaller than the past. For the cost the salad should have been bigger. We had two specials veal is osso bucco which was very good as well as lobster, shrimp and scallops with pasta. This was very good as well. For the price, the entrees should have come with a vegetable. Everything was very fresh.

Our first dinner at Trattoria Valona was outstanding in every way appetizers, entrees, and dessert were creatively prepared, very fresh, and very delicious. Service by Livia was friendly and attentive. The room is beautiful and bright with lovely table settings. It's the first time in a long time that a restaurant has lived up to all the positive reviews it has garnered. We loved it! We're already planning our next visit! Reserva una mesa ahora

The Ribeye Special didn't quite meet my expectations until I reached the thick part of the steak. It seemed that some of the steaks were a bit thin. However, the flavor of the steak paired with crab and gorgonzola was delicious. The lamb dogs were also tasty. Additionally, the arancini and charcuterie board were quite good as well.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant shortly after Valentine's Day, and we had an amazing experience. Everything was fantastic, from the food and service to the staff, cooks, and overall atmosphere. We will definitely be back very soon!

We had a birthday dinner for one of my sons and we’re very happy we chose this family owned restaurant! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. They even treated us with free desserts! I will definitely go back.

The food is fantastic which is why we've been back twice. Will probably try going during the week next time because Saturday evenings were a little too chaotic for our liking. Reserva una mesa ahora

We couldn’t have chosen a better spot for our Mother's Day lunch. Katie was incredibly friendly and attentive, and every dish we ordered was flawless. I highly recommend it!
