It was supposed to have a thin crust with "Buffalo Mozzarella", but what we received was clearly cheap, processed low moisture mozzarella. The sauce was flavorless and the crust was soggy and floppy. I had an excellent experience dining at Tre Fratelli tonight. They have a new summer menu with a variety of options to choose from. My friend tried the new grilled ham, cheese, and egg sandwich on sourdough bread and absolutely loved it. I decided to order the shrimp caprese linguine which was made with fresh jumbo shrimp, basil, and melted mozzarella cheese - it was delicious. The service was friendly and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. The staff and management have clearly put in great effort to make this restaurant a success.
We hosted a baby shower for 50 guests at Tre Fratelli in August. The staff, food, and accommodations were excellent! Our guests loved the food at the event and the owner was very attentive to all our questions. The private and intimate room made for a perfect setting. A few weeks ago, we held a funeral at this restaurant and they did an excellent job. The servers were extremely professional and managed everything from setting up the room to the buffet. The management was responsive to our requests and the food was delicious. I would definitely consider hosting another event there in the future.

Perhaps the restaurant should consider updating their staff. They are very rude to customers and seem to rush them through their meal. Food quality, service, and atmosphere all received low ratings of 1.
