Excellent Italian restaurant. We started with the inside out meatballs, which were tasty, maybe a little too crispy on the outside, but every one enjoyed them. The pasta dishes were excellent and pretty generous portions. I highly recommend the carbonara and spicy rigatoni. The linguine con vongole was excellent the clams were on the bigger side, but they were all fresh and not from a jar, which is the sign of a great restaurant. Service was top notch. Super friendly and really attentive.
Poor Customer Service Made reservation to celebrate birthdays for family members. We arrived at the restaurant and we’re directed to our booth in the back.After sitting for a while, our waiter arrived. I told him that this is a birthday celebration.I knew he would forget since he forgot about us for the entire meal.— very poor service. The food is just OK. You can do better elsewhere! We had the most wonderful private dinner party last night at Tredici. The room upstairs is beautiful and the staff was beyond kind and accommodating. Every single dish they brought out was hot, crispy, and delicious. Joe set up a perfect table for us, picked a great menu, and really helped to make it a fantastic night! After some growing pains when Tredici North first opened, this gem is now firing on all cylinders, The food is delicious, and the service is as close to perfect as you can get. It's not cheap, but you do get what you pay for, and that's great food in a beautiful restaurant. Please get rid of the valet parking. I HATE letting a stranger drive my expensive car. Ambiance is classy and elegant. Food was insanely delicious, drinks were presented with flare and delicious. Staff was attentive and so friendly. Played music over speaker instead of singing happy birthday, loved it!!! I can't say 1 bad thing. Will definitely be back!!
