Tres Potrillos Mexican Galloway

I was very disappointed with the service I received today, I placed a carry out order online, when I went in to pick up, around 445pm, most employees were on their phones and I had to wait several minutes to be acknowledged. After finally being acknowledged, I explained I had a pick up order, I was told to wait a second. A few minutes later another person came in to place a carry out order. Someone took his order. A few mintues later they came out with his order but not mine. I was confused as to how this gentleman had his order and out the door even though I placed my order almost 20 min before him and mine was not ready. Fantastic! This has quickly become one of my favorite spots in all of Columbus. There's generally no wait, you can dine in or on the patio, and service is fast and friendly. I've worked my way through every taco on the list highly recommend the Mexican Cheesesteak Tacos or the Chor Pina Tacos. Another favorite is the Yucatan Special. I don't drink, but my friends rave about their margaritas and special order drinks. If you're looking for a new Mexican restaurant on the west side, try here. You're gonna love it!

Food was decent. Nothing too exciting. Service needs some help. We were sat outside and had multiple servers walk passed for about 15 minutes until we were able to flag one down. I was surprised to see multiple people sitting on the patio smoking cigarettes. Watched as a table of four, each with a cigarette in hand, have all their smoke drift to the table directly next to them that had multiple small children sitting at it. Although we were outside, the patio reminded of an old smokers section back in the 90s.

Looking for a new place nearby we finally tried Tres Portillos. They have a nice fairly large covered patio space to dine outside. The staff was very friendly and asked if it was okay that there were bees outside. We said yes, and only saw one bee. It wasn't like a massive swarm. Our waitress was really friendly. Shabby and hair in two of the three items me and my ordered. Food was small for the value, asked for limes, never got them. Don’t come here
