In general our meals were very good. The steaks were done perfectly. The only issue I have with the food was my dessert. My chocolate ganache cake was the driest cake I have ever had...and I've eaten a lot of cake in my years! I probably should have rejected it but my 'MN Nice' kicked in! Fortunately, it was ala mode which made it somewhat tolerable. The other issue was our server...he wasn't really 'bad'...he just didn't seem to care about us as customers. With that being said, we will probably give Tria another opportunity to impress us this summer
My wife and I love Tria for any occasion. Food, service, ambiance are always above average. Can't say enough GOOD about Tria. We have eaten here for Birthdays, Anniversarys, date night, Grooms dinner and have always been more than satisfied. Monday, wednesday, friday or saturday....it's always top notch. Tria is a lovely space but the food has really gone downhill and the menu is boring. Beet salad was underwhelming to say the least, for the price. I realize the price of everything has gone up but $55 for Scallops? I don’t think so. So much of the food has been disappointing in the last year or so. Also no happy hour, most places have restored that since Covid. Service: Dine in
This is still such a lovely place. I remember when it opened and we were excited to have fine dining north of the city. I had the special risotto this last visit it was truly exceptional.
