Trinitat

On a narrow street lined with restaurants, Trinitat stands out for the exceptional warmth of the welcome, the promise that everything is home made, and a wildly colourful slightly eccentric interior, complete with multi coloured paper napkins folded into lilies and swans every morning by the joint chef and proprietress. We had dinner on two nights, and the beautifully cooked sea bass, the fish of the day, was our favourite dish, though my son really rated his crepe with a pool of excellent chocolate sauce. Even if the food had been less well cooked, and not such excellent value, we would probably have gone back for the charming waiter, serving all the tables with grace, jokes, and a dazzling selection of languages

We always head for this resturaunt for lunch or dinner excellent food and the Chef is a very friendly. We think it's the best little resturaunt in Roses if you want excellent food without payi g silly prices. We highly recommend this resturaunt. Now open in October. Which was a nice surprise.

Owner is a nice chap but the portions were much too small, and one thing on the blackboard had run out despite the restaurant just opening for lunch. They would do good business with bigger portions.

The best restaurant in Rose's for us beautiful presentation great tasting food nice background music and great service. What more can you ask for. Don't miss this restaurant on a visit to Rose's.

Fantastic presentation of the main course cooked to perfection. Be sure to visit this restaurant it's fantastic and we have tried many in Roses. Great value also.
