On a narrow street lined with restaurants, Trinitat stands out for the exceptional warmth of the welcome, the promise that everything is home made, and a wildly colourful slightly eccentric interior, complete with multi coloured paper napkins folded into lilies and swans every morning by the joint chef and proprietress. We had dinner on two nights, and the beautifully cooked sea bass, the fish of the day, was our favourite dish, though my son really rated his crepe with a pool of excellent chocolate sauce. Even if the food had been less well cooked, and not such excellent value, we would probably have gone back for the charming waiter, serving all the tables with grace, jokes, and a dazzling selection of languages
