Basque atmosphere or mixes businessmen, workers, sportsmen, couple and families. each finds its place naturally as for the dishes offered. The restaurant as its name suggests is in a typical trinquet and recognized in the area for its parts. warm welcome and speed, sandrine and isidora are always in the oven and mill to serve the maximum world in a minimum time. dish of the rich day, well-prepared à la carte products for budgets ranging from 16 to 25€ about my regular stop on bayonne for a quick lunch. a huge parking lot, be careful to plan a disk for parking or think to ask at the bar.
a modern trinquet institution. Never disappointed before but since the resuming of the restaurant big disappointment! crammed fries for a child menu, very small serving, very different dishes and surts forgotten sauces for duck magret. That sucks! when at the gourmet coffee a really bad apple pie and other not fantastic desserts. short for me it's a really very average kitchen, the old proposed kitchen was really good. positive point service very pleasant and with the smile. Too bad!
Here is a place, though hidden, typical of the Basque country. charming and welcoming people who get in four to make you know their culture. the demonstration of the Basque ball with bare hands was brilliant. the aperitif that followed was just as happy thanks to the staff who is very helpful. the meal that followed, for 44 people, is not representative of what can be found in a lesser configuration. however the whole was good and served professionally.
To run away at least at night. the new boss has no respect for the people who come to dinner. favors the bar with full music and smokers allowed inside!!! (the restaurant room is on the same space.) meals : entrance barely warm, desserts more than mediocre. only positive point: a sweet young waitress. in total very big disappointment.

Very nice setting for this restaurant adjoining a Basque peat Trinquet, hence its title. Here you will enjoy its fine cuisine and why not an aperitif sponge during roasting can be some 'celebrities of the pelote' I'm coming to a tournament.
only happiness! the table of the Basque country or quality and quantity seem to be the leitmotiv. a chef to honor, a perfect service, a bare hand pelot demonstration all ingredients were gathered to spend an excellent evening.
very fat kitchen but don't tell the waitress who will very badly take it .n has the quality of a few months ago there's the name that will still attract accustomed and convenient parking in town
I love this place, it's well decorated, employees are very nice, we can park there quite easily, we eat very well, short, don't hesitate, top!
