What to say, impeccable. Welcome to the top, we arrived before the start of the service, it starts at 7:30 pm, we were directed to the guinguette at the back of the building, music, concert, drinks, Basque snack, great atmosphere. Meals at 30€, very rich, delicious... Children's menu, chopped steak or Basque sausage, 8€ Restaurant recommended. Small suprise in the building, with a field covered with Basque peat.
A great discovery for our arrival in Sare! The staff is very attractive and listening and the very nice setting. Menu dishes are a feast for the eyes and taste buds. Careful presentation, delicate and subtle seasonings, sometimes surprising but always delicious combinations of flavours. For an unbeatable quality/price ratio, bistronomy that stirs gastro, for a brewery price in Paris. Thanks for the welcome!

Friendly atmosphere, the waitress is very pleasant. The weekend menu is 30 euros: entry, dish and dessert or cheese. Everything is fresh and local. My teenagers loved hamburger and chocolate melting. We'll be back with pleasure.
A very pleasant restaurant where we were very well welcomed and the main one we ate very well the menu offers lots of local and regional products. The place is friendly and the corner is beautiful. What else;
