I had been there 1 time a month before this time and had no problem getting in. They have a few security guards at the entrance who ask for your DL or ID so I showed my DL to the security, he scanned it, and I walk right in. Not this time.I entered and already had my DL or and ready to be scanned. I gave it to the security guard and he scanned it. You're not in the system he says. Ok, so what? Put me in the system. My DL doesn't have the magnetic strip on the back so he's unable to input me into the system. After about 45 mins of explaining to him I was just in here a month prior I decided to leave.Hats off to the security guard who probably saved me money.
The absolute worst at customer service. It 's the only casino where I 've been struck by another pareon , complained about it, and be the one 86d .....Calling the police turned out to be futile as they weren 't shown the full video either. I 'd leave a -2 star review but, poor management doesn 't care about the facts as the late manager does not like me.Poo overall environment .
I had a great experience during my last three visits to this restaurant. The staff is friendly, and the patrons are welcoming as well. The interior looks nice and inviting, and it's not as crowded as the Park West Casino. I've also had good luck playing baccarat here. While it can get busy at times, overall, I would definitely recommend it!

I've lost more than I've won here, and I really dislike the no entry and no tank tops rule! They always ask for ID and a player's card, as if they're keeping a close watch on what you're winning and losing. It feels like everyone is watching me, as if they think I'm going to steal chips and run away.
Great action in the poker room and service people are nice and quick bringing back your order..it would be a big plus if we could Eat our meals at table because this COVID-19 pandemic is over and everything else seems normal.... try to let us eat at tables again ? this would be great ?
This place has really declined. The service is terrible, and it still hasn't recovered to what it was before COVID. I hope it bounces back, but it seems like it's always been poorly managed. The quality of play used to be the main reason to come here...
If you're looking to play poker, this place can be enjoyable. However, the service leaves much to be desired. You'll find yourself standing in the aisles where people walk by, and eating at tables that haven't been properly cleaned.

The card room at Casjno is fantastic! The games are different from what you typically find, and they don't quite compare to those in Vegas, but it's still a lovely place overall.
