We had the pleasure of discovering 3 years ago with happiness the Maison Troisgros in,Ouches without having the time to discover and enjoy enough of the domain By taking us very early advised we booked 2 nights and 2 dinners: triplely wonderful first it allows to discover the map the first ever wonderful evening of finesse and creativity, to spend the night in this beautifully restored building, then the evening came to come back on the map to cultivate the regrets of the day before! because it is very difficult to make its choice, so the proposals are all more attractive to each other. And all day enjoying the place, a little rain in the morning no big boots are provided then completely alone in the world by the pool with the sun in the afternoon. Particular mention for the turbo with vine peaches and especially the lipstick entrance Red fruits, salads, pigeon and I forget The team is joyous and in small care , the chef in the room ... when you speak only of the difficulties of the sector it makes a foolish thing to see that passion and perfection always prevails in large families of gastronomy and hotel industry talk about French houses instead

A moment out of time... we had the chance to stay a night and dinner in this beautiful domain. The room, breakfast and lake were perfect. But our stay was really marked by dinner, a real ballet organized to perfection. From the reception, to the discovery of the kitchens at the café, everything was a real pleasure. We had a huge blow of heart for the passion that was born from the work of each employee of this beautiful house. Thank you again for this wonderful moment.

A very nice discovery. A magnificent setting, refined dishes with exhilarating taste. Every bite is a surprise. The staff is very well, they present the dishes with desire. It's hard to choose.
