The food from the kitchen is really enjoyable and tasty however we were really unlucky with the service this day. We are regulars over the years and so we booked our table well in advance for a birthday dinner. We were seated quickly, drinks came fine and the order was taken efficiently. We followed the recommendation dish from the staff thinking this would make things easier. We ordered the full fish platter for 4 persons though we were 5. (Gestorterplatte). We waited 20 minutes before we received a slice of bread each and some spread, then it was another 60 minutes before our main that consisted of cold starters and warm dishes that arrived all at the same time. we were recommended to eat...
Very beautiful, impressive tropical house! The huge breeding facility with around 80,000 specimens of the large, impressive sturgeon fish is very impressive. Everything that is of interest is explained very well, even with audio information and many opportunities to get active are very popular with the children. Information from breeding to exclusive caviar or the entire fishery in Switzerland can be found in an exhibition. The tropical house itself is definitely worth a visit with its vegetation.
